The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting management team to ensure quality of services being delivered to the client, and continual improvement in service processes. Control and monitor the progress of the entire management system including the performance of operational staff of cleaning services, security services, and health and safety management. S/He will handle building operational compliance as assigned by the Director or his/her delegates to ensure provision of efficient, safe and cost-effective services in addition to providing administrative and clerical support for our Property and Facilities Management Services.

• Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management / Property Management or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Facilities / Property Management. Experience in telecommunication buildings would be an advantage
• Knowledge and experience in ISO certification and audits
• Familiar of ISO45001 / OHSAS18001 requirements and occupational health and safety issues
• Experience in driving sustainability initiatives such as green award, waste management programme is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and knowledge of the application of Maximo
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, customer oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Property and Facilities Officer
